We’ll do our best to make sure all merchandises sent are in good conditions.

  • If you receive a defective/damaged/wrong merchandise(s), you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise(s) to be eligible for return/replacement.
  • Shipping costs incurred in sending defective or damaged merchandise(s) to us will be reimbursed.
  • We require that you e-mail for pre-approval prior to returning defective/damaged merchandise(s) for replacement.
  • We will gladly offer you an exchange or credit note based on the appropriate situations.
  • Before returning any merchandise, please email us at mylildanzell@gmail.com We will provide you with information necessary for the return or exchange.
